At Flat Earth, we make pizza that tastes great and does some good. Our dough is a mix of Gilchester’s organic heritage grain, spelt, and Wildfarmed flour — grown with the soil health in mind and big on flavour.

When you eat here, you’re backing better.

Our award-winning menu is plant-forward on purpose. It’s full of bold flavours, with pizzas that just happen to be vegetarian or vegan. No meat, no problem — just seriously tasty food that cuts down on the carbon footprint of the average UK diet.

We keep our food waste 30% lower than industry average, and any scraps left over get turned into renewable energy and fertiliser. Nothing goes to landfill.

We pour wine that’s as thoughtful as it is drinkable — low-intervention, vegan, organic, and many served from refillable kegs. That means no single-use bottles, fewer emissions, and more of the good stuff (we saved the use of nearly 2,000 bottles last year).

We’re proudly rooted in East London. What started as a small pop-up by Sarah and Rich is now one of Time Out’s Top 3 Sustainable Restaurants — and we were named “Britain’s Best Pizza” in 2023.

RESERVATIONS

 

It’s a good idea to book a table if you know when you’ll be coming. We do save space for walk ins and can add your name to a waiting list if we happen to be really busy.
